This tutorial would work in any art program that has comparable tools.
Even early versions of Photoshop can manage this, but it may be a pain to set up your brushes
So I recommend using photoshop 7+, and of course a Tablet

I've been using this brush for nearly 5 years now and I find it almost indispensable. Your tutorial also helped me learn about brush editing at a time when I really didn't understand so thank you so very much.
